NAFS of Buffalo opened in 1995 with 35 employees
and 10k sq. ft. of space. Since then, we have
exceeded many industry standards for performance
and growth. Having outgrown the original space,
in August of 1997 we moved into 28,000 sq ft. of
space and then added on another 10,000 sq ft. of
space in January 1999.
Here at NAFS, we look for individuals with great
communication skills, who are motivated and
career-oriented. Whether you have experience or
are looking to embark on a new career, NAFS
offers the best training program in the Western
NY area. We place individuals on the appropriate
account during the course of training. In the
second week we place individuals on our calling
floor with their assigned manager working a set
schedule of 3 days (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), 2 nights
(12 p.m. to 9 p.m.) and 2 Saturdays a month (8
a.m. to 12 p.m.)totaling a 40-hour work week.
Bonuses are paid out monthly, along with
additional incentives.
